The SBTDC counselors work with existing and pre-venture entrepreneurs to assist in developing a business plan, improving or creating products, developing markets, setting up accounting procedures, and managing personnel.

Business Educational Programs 

The SBTDC staff provide business educational programs for both on-site and at other locations in starting a new business, business planning, management, marketing and finance.

fisCAL

The SBTDC staff will produce a variety of financial analysis reports to give you a complete picture of your company’s financial condition using fisCAL:  a financial analysis software program.

SMART

Existing businesses may utilize a Strategic Management Analysis and Review Tool named SMART.

Balanced Scorecard

Training can be provided for managers to create a structure that clarifies the direction a company needs to go, communicate that direction, and align all associates to support those goals.
